The weather has been very hot these days, hasn’t it? Did you know that it reached 39 degrees in Eastern Hokkaido on Sunday? Hopefully this is not a sign of another hot summer in Japan.

Welcome back every one after a long Golden Week. Please share your stories when we see you in class. We are looking forward to it.

It looks like the cherry blossoms will be in full bloom earlier than usual according to this report. We will be holding a hanami event on April 6th (Sat) this year at 11:45am. We will be meeting in front of the school. Please join us!

Can you believe that it is already February? This winter has been surprisingly warm compared to previous winters. Either way, please stay safe from the flu and remember to wear your mask!
Mr. Sakamoto is now doing his pilgrimage in Portugal. He has written some amazing stories which can be found here. We hope his stories inspire you to take your language skills outside of Japan one day!
